Returns + Exchanges

RETURNS ON SURFACES AND PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

Orders shipped to US addresses (including HI, AK, and PR):

Eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of delivery (according to your tracking number). If 30 days have passed since your Surfaces were delivered, we unfortunately can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, free of stains or damage, and in the same package and condition that you received it. If your return passes our inspection, you will receive a refund or exchange.

To begin the return process, please send us an email at info@replicasurfaces.com. Please include the following in your email:

  1. Your full name
  2. Contact information
  3. Order number
  4. Reason for the return or exchange
  5. If you'd like an exchange, please include which Surface you'd like to receive

Can I return my product for a refund or exchange if...

  • I hate it
  • It was a gift and I/they don't want it
  • I changed my mind after opening it

The answer to the above questions is YES! As long as it is within 30 days of purchase and the Surface is unused, free of stains, and undamaged. Email us at info@replicasurfaces.com and we'll get the process started.

Note: You will be responsible for the return shipping on returned or exchanged products. We cannot refund your original or return shipping costs.

The answer to the above questions is no. We have to draw the line somewhere, so please use your best judgment when reaching out about refunds. We understand that things happen, but we do stand by our Surfaces and policies.
