RETURNS ON SURFACES AND ACCESSORIES
Orders shipped to US addresses (including HI, AK, and PR):
Eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of delivery (according to your tracking number). If 30 days have passed since your Surfaces were delivered, we unfortunately can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, free of stains or damage, and in the same package and condition that you received it. If your return passes our inspection, you will receive a refund or exchange.
To begin the return process, please send us an email at email@example.com. Please include the following in your email:
- Your full name
- Contact information
- Order number
- Reason for the return or exchange
- If you'd like an exchange, please include which Surface you'd like to receive
Can I return my product for a refund or exchange if...
- I hate it
- It was a gift and I/they don't want it
- I changed my mind after opening it
The answer to the above questions is YES! As long as it is within 30 days of purchase and the Surface is unused, free of stains, and undamaged. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll get the process started.
Note: You will be responsible for the return shipping on returned or exchanged products. We cannot refund your original or return shipping costs.

The answer to the above questions is no. We have to draw the line somewhere, so please use your best judgment when reaching out about refunds. We understand that things happen, but we do stand by our Surfaces and policies.

REFUND POLICY FOR EDUCATIONAL COURSES
We are so confident at Replica Surfaces that our courses (for example, “The Photo Formula Course”) will improve your photos that we give you an entire calendar year (365 days) to complete the course, do the work and put what you’re taught to the test.
We want you to give your best effort to apply all the strategies taught in the course and give yourself the best chance at success, which is why if we don’t hold you accountable to putting in the work, we’re doing you a disservice. As long as you follow the lessons in order and complete the action items for each lesson, your photos will improve. Which is why when you enroll in any of our courses as a student, you get a “365-Day Guarantee.” The guarantee states that if you enroll in one of our courses, watch all the video lessons, complete all of the required work and action items in the workbook and take the photos per the action items, and still don’t see results within the first year (365 days), we will provide a full refund.
Our 365-Day Guarantee is governed by the following terms:
In order to qualify for a refund, you must have completed the course, and email us within the first year from your enrollment date, including proof that you did the work in the course and it did not work for you. You must include your completed coursework and photos with your request for a refund, as well as the required action items (specific to each course). If you request a refund and do not include your completed coursework and photos by the 365th day, you will not be granted a refund. If you haven’t completed the course or the required assignments, then you won’t be eligible for the guarantee. We’ll ask for your completed course work and ask what didn’t work for you (so we can learn and improve).
For All Courses:
The work that you need to submit with your request for a refund includes ALL of the following items.
- Requirement 1: Complete the course
- Requirement 2: Complete & attach the course workbook filled in with your notes/answers, to show that you’ve taken the time to apply the course lessons
- Requirement 3: Submit the photo that you took before the course and the photos you took with each action item.
- Requirement 4: Tell us why this course was not a good fit for you and your photography needs. What did you expect that you did not get once inside the program?
